We Lift and Level Your Concrete
We drill small 5/8" holes into the affected areas and inject polyurethane foam beneath your slab. The foam expands to fill the voids underneath and lifts your concrete back into place. The holes are about the size of a dime, so the repair is nearly invisible once we're finished.
We Clean Up, and You're Good to Go
We patch the drill holes with matching concrete and clean up your job site. The foam cures in about 15 minutes, and in most cases, you can walk on your concrete the same day. No waiting around for days while new concrete dries.

Our busiest seasons are spring and summer, which is also when most homeowners and property managers notice settling after the winter freeze-thaw cycles have done their work. Give us a call, and we can let you know if the timing works for your project.
Not much at all. If the concrete we're working on is blocked by vehicles, furniture, or heavy planters, it helps to have those moved out of the way before we get there. Other than that, we bring everything we need and handle the rest. Carter will walk you through what to expect when he comes out for your estimate.
We offer deep foam injection to stabilize the soil beneath your foundation when it's shifted or eroded. This addresses the root cause of settling and helps prevent further movement. If your foundation issues go beyond what soil stabilization can fix, we'll let you know and point you in the right direction rather than take on something outside our scope.
