Why Is Your Concrete Sinking?
Northern Colorado's clay soil is constantly expanding and contracting with the weather. When it rains, the soil swells. When it dries out, it shrinks. Over time, that repeated movement creates empty spaces and voids beneath your concrete slab, and the weight of the slab does the rest. It settles into those gaps, and you end up with uneven surfaces, cracked concrete, and water pooling where it shouldn't be.
This affects homes and commercial properties alike, and it doesn't matter whether your property is brand new or decades old. New construction on disturbed soil can begin to settle within a few years, while older properties experience decades of soil loss and changes in moisture beneath the surface. The problem won't fix itself, but the fix is a lot simpler than most people expect.

Polyurethane Concrete Lifting, Leveling & Repair Services for Homes and Businesses
We offer a full range of concrete raising and repair services for residential and commercial properties across Northern Colorado. Every property and every project is different, so we assess your situation individually and recommend what actually needs to be done.
Uneven concrete at your commercial property isn't something you can put off. It's a safety risk for your tenants, customers, and employees, and it's a liability that sits on you as the property owner.
With commercial concrete leveling, we get your slabs back where they should be, and we do it around your schedule so your business keeps running. We use the same polyurethane foam injection method we use on residential properties, scaled to handle larger areas and heavier loads.
Whether you manage an apartment complex, a strip mall, a hotel, or an agricultural operation with grain silos and pivot pads, we've handled projects like yours before.

If your concrete has tilted, shifted, or settled unevenly, concrete leveling brings it back to a flat, even surface for you. We target the gaps and soil movement underneath your slab that caused it to shift in the first place, and we restore it so you're not dealing with pooling water, uneven edges, or surfaces that feel off every time you walk across them. Using polyurethane foam injected beneath your slab, we fill those spaces and raise your concrete back to where it belongs without replacing anything.
Your driveway takes more daily wear than almost any other concrete around your home, and it's one of the first things people notice. With driveway leveling, we raise and even out the sunken or shifted sections of your driveway so you've got a smooth surface again. We inject foam beneath the affected areas to fill the empty spaces that caused the sinking, and your driveway is ready to use the same day. There will be no more dodging puddles or feeling that jolt every time you pull into the garage.
Driveway Leveling
Raised or sunken sidewalks are one of the most common trip hazards we see around Northern Colorado homes, and they tend to get worse with every freeze-thaw cycle. With sidewalk and walkway leveling, we even out those problem sections so your family, your guests, and anyone walking up to your door can do it safely. We raise the sunken areas back to match the surrounding surface, leaving you with a smooth, even path. It's a quick fix that makes a real difference for your safety and your curb appeal, too.
Sidewalk and Walkway Leveling
When your patio or pool deck has settled, it turns your outdoor space into a place you avoid instead of enjoy. Water pools where it shouldn't, your furniture sits crooked, and the whole area just feels off. Patio and pool deck leveling gets your surface back to where it should be, so you can actually get back to using your backyard. We lift the settled sections and stabilize the ground beneath them so water drains properly and your outdoor space feels solid again.

A sinking garage floor can mess with how your door seals, where water collects, and how usable your space really is. With garage floor leveling, we raise your slab back into the right position so your garage works the way it's supposed to, stays dry, and gives you a solid surface to work with. We fill the gaps beneath your garage slab that caused it to drop, so the fix holds, and you're not dealing with the same problem again next year.

Concrete Lifting
When a section of your concrete has dropped below the surface around it, polyurethane concrete lifting raises it back up to match. You'll usually notice this as a lip or a step between sections of your slab, and it's typically caused by the ground below washing away or compacting over time. We inject lightweight polyurethane foam under the sunken section to raise it up to match the surrounding concrete. We do this for homeowners and commercial property owners across Northern Colorado, and the result is a smooth, even surface that you don't have to think about anymore.
Commercial Concrete Leveling
Uneven concrete at your commercial property isn't something you can put off. It's a safety risk for your tenants, customers, and employees, and it's a liability that sits on you as the property owner.

Sunken or uneven sections in your parking lot are a hazard for every vehicle and every person walking across them. We lift and level your parking lot concrete so you can take care of the problem and keep your lot open while we work. The repairs are compact and contained, so your customers and tenants barely notice we're there.

An uneven warehouse floor can affect your forklift safety, how your racking sits, and how efficiently your team moves through the space. We get your warehouse concrete back to where it needs to be while keeping disruption to a minimum so your crew doesn't miss a beat. For larger warehouse areas, we can section off and work in stages so your operations keep moving.
Warehouse Floor Leveling
Sidewalks around your commercial property take a beating, and once they start to settle, they become a safety concern for everyone walking through. We lift and level your commercial sidewalks so you can stay ahead of the problem before it becomes a bigger issue. The small drill holes and fast cure time mean your walkways are back in use the same day.
Commercial Sidewalk Repair
When your facility runs heavy equipment, machinery, or high-traffic operations, your floors need a stable base to support it all. We address the settling and movement in your industrial concrete so your operation has a foundation it can count on. For floors where the ground has also shifted, we can combine this with deep foam injection to stabilize everything from the slab down.

How It Works
Our Process
Getting your concrete fixed should be a simple process, and with us, it is. Here's how a typical project works, from the time you reach out to when we're done.
You Contact Us for a Free Estimate
Give us a call at (970) 616-0730 or fill out our online form. We'll set up a time to come take a look at your property and give you an honest assessment of what's going on.
We Assess Your Concrete and Give You a Fair Price
Our Colorado-based team assesses the damage and tells you what actually needs to be fixed. Carter reviews every quote personally, so if something doesn't need work, we'll tell you that too. You get a clear, fair price with no surprises.
We Lift and Level Your Concrete
We drill small 5/8" holes into the affected areas and inject polyurethane foam beneath your slab. The foam expands to fill the voids underneath and lifts your concrete back into place. The holes are about the size of a dime, so the repair is nearly invisible once we're finished.
We Clean Up, and You're Good to Go
We patch the drill holes with matching concrete and clean up your job site. The foam cures in about 15 minutes, and in most cases, you can walk on your concrete the same day. No waiting around for days while new concrete dries.

Why Choose Rapid Raise & Sprays
Choosing who to trust with your property is a big decision, and we think the way we run our business makes that decision easier:
The owner shows up at your job.
Rapid Raise & Sprays is owner-operated. Carter Williams runs your project from the estimate through the finished work, and our experienced installer carries out the job on-site. You're never handed off to a random subcontractor or left wondering who will show up.
We've done this roughly 1,500 times.
We've been lifting and leveling concrete across Northern Colorado since 2020. That experience shows in the quality of our work and the speed of our process.
We won't sell you work you don't need.
If something doesn't need fixing, we'll tell you. We'd rather earn your trust than push unnecessary repairs.
Foam that outperforms the alternatives.
Polyurethane foam injection is water-resistant, lightweight, and won't break down over time. The 5/8" holes we drill are a fraction of what traditional mudjacking requires, and the foam won't add extra weight to soil that's already weak.
You save money and skip the mess.
You're not paying for demolition, hauling, or new concrete. No heavy equipment tearing up your landscaping, and no waiting days for a new slab to cure.
Fully insured, bonded, and professionally backed.
We're members of the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance, the American Chemistry Council, and Spray Foam World Wide. Our educational content is developed alongside Albert Stright, who brings 35 years of experience in commercial construction and two decades specializing in concrete repair methods.
Our Recent Works
See the Results
We've lifted and leveled concrete on properties all across Northern Colorado, from driveways and patios to warehouse floors and apartment walkways. Every project we take on starts with an honest look at what's going on and ends with concrete results you can rely on
One project that stands out involved a homeowner whose concrete slab had been pushed up by tree roots. Other companies told them the whole thing needed to be replaced. We lifted the section that had dropped, reshaped a portion of the slab, and got it done in two days for $2,500. That saved them thousands compared to tearing everything out and starting from scratch.
That's the kind of work we do every day. Practical fixes that save you money and actually hold up.
